Quick Hit: RNC Fun for Everyone

The Uptake has fantastic coverage of the RNC protests and raids. They already have lots of stories up. No one is surprised, given the Republican party's history of profound respect for civil rights.

Also, good overview of the Welcoming Committee thing and other raids over at the San Francisco Chronicle. Apparently anarchist groups across the country are conspiring to ruin everything for the Republicans, though Combat Queer assures us that anarchists are basically harmless.
